We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights, including your statutory Right of Withdrawal where applicable. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights as a consumer.
Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.
If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the last item in your order.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation.
If your order has already been fulfilled, you may request a return.
After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions, including how and where to send your package. Where applicable, we may also provide a return shipping label.
Items sent back to us without first submitting a return, cancellation, or withdrawal request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods, including food, flowers, or plants.
- Custom products, including special orders or personalized items.
- Personal care goods, such as beauty products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.
These exclusions apply where permitted by applicable law and do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
